Layered curves and an unusual palette turn a simple display object into something slightly uncanny.
The model is built from stepped layers that are easy to see up close, yet those transitions blend into a continuous organic form from across a room. Repeated curved slopes establish rhythm without making the surface uniform.
The geometry disappears at the right distance
Colour does much of the remaining work. Closely related shades create volume, while a contrasting stem and small highlights give the eye a clear place to begin reading the shape.
It is an effective reminder that LEGO food does not need to be realistic in every detail. A recognisable outline and confident colour pattern can be more persuasive than a perfectly smooth surface.
